Professional Experience


  • Critical Mass , New York, NY — UI Designer | April 2015 - March 2017

  • Led cross-functional team for SAP SE Run Live responsive website design. Developing and executing UI/UX design, 2D/3D prototype building, usability testing/AB testing and final delivery. The website is launched in May 2016 under six months of development and presented at SAP annual conference - SAPPHIRE NOW with over 20,000 attendees.
  • Led UI design for project ONE HUNDRED, the world’s first multidisciplinary, fully integrated design service collective for modern nonprofits. Managed the responsive website creation and cross-functional team collaboration. Project ONE HUNDRED has now served more than 265 nonprofit clients such as UNICEF and Hope North each year.
  • Orchestrated user interface for Citibank credit cards dashboard and account details pages and led user flows design in both IOS and Android Citibank apps. Successfully engaged Citibank high-net-worth customers with the new account solutions.
  • Implemented a new global digital design system for worldwide Citibank.com website with agile working process under a legacy client structure.
  • The 88, New York — Web Designer /Graphic Designer | April 2014 - April 2015

    • Collaborated with senior art director in creating Bloomingdale’s digital and social media campaigns, achieving positive feedbacks from Bloomingdale’s executive team in positioning new social media strategies and solutions.
    • Led Thierry Lasry responsive website design with stylish brand content and e-commerce platform, integrating Instagram feed shopping directly on website.
    • Engaged clients including St. Germain, Suno and Yahoo Beauty for image concepts in pre-production for in-house photoshoots
